Stončica Bay is located on the east side of the island of Vis, three nautical miles eastern from the port of Vis. It has a beautiful beach surrounded by thick Mediterranean vegetation and the crystal clear sea. Stončica Bay is a lovely, gentle and discreet bay, a little relaxing resort that irresistibly reminds of timeless and carefree, relaxing summer destination. The underwater area has extremely slight decrease that even on the 30m distance from the shore the sea level is rather low and you are in water maybe up till your waist. These conditions are ideal for children and for non-swimmers who could have issues with great depths.
In the bay there are a few examples of tamarisk along the sea, while the coastline is framed with high reeds. On the beach there is a restaurant that in the beautiful ambient offers excellent gastronomic cuisine and a wide selection of soft drinks and high quality wine. In this area there is also a playground for beach volleyball, which will delight all those fans of more active vacation. Near the beach there is a space that can serve as a parking lot.
